[Scope-bugs] flme unit

A few unit related bugs have been found with flme: 

1. Default unit for gas constant is incorrect

   To fix, use flme to load the model and goto 
   'Environment' node and select the right unit for the 
   as constant

      1716.2  ft-lbf-degR/lbm  --> 1716.2  ft-lbf/slug/degR 
        

   The fix is cosmetic and  will not affect any results. 


2. Bailey rotor node: 

   The entry for rotor hub drag missed unit. The unit is `ft^2': 

    0.0 --> 0.0 ft^2 

   This fix will not affect the results


3. Landing gear node:

    `Brake pedal deflection' is nondimensional
    The range of its value should be [0 1]: 

     0.0 ft --> 0.0
